Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods (like holidays, sales, or new drops), processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience!
Please Note: If you placed your order on a weekend, processing time will begin Monday on business hours.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us at

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to catch it before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Momololo Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is missing, we recommend:

Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your item is marked as a pre-order or backorder, please refer to the estimated ship date in the product description. These items will ship separately when available.
International Shipping
